New device, same monitor …

Will they connect?  The trend to devices with a smaller footprint is seeing mini display, USB-C and Apple’s Thunderbolt replace HDMI.  But what if your current monitor depends on HDMI to connect? Not a problem! We can get the right adapter to you within one business day anywhere in Melbourne. Order early for same day delivery.

Digiworld a bonus to the CBD

According to Melbourne’s CBD press, having an IT sales and service company like Digiworld just around the corner is a terrific bonus for CBD business, especially for those businesses that have limited access to IT resources.  And we agree. After 23 years, we know our city and we know our technology.  Here’s what they said: relationships support the technology experience.

Working with industry leaders

We welcome the Lucas Group to our client portfolio.  Their signature restaurants – Chin Chin & Go Go, Hawker Hall, Baby, Kong – are well known to food aficionados in Melbourne (and now in Sydney). Working with the best complements our style.  We have built our IT industry reputation on a similar philosophy – excellent product advice and timely delivery, matched with top notch personal service.  Chin-chin to a great relationship!

The Rudder Cup 2017: Melbourne to Devonport

The Digiworld team has built its reputation on constantly delivering ‘personal best’ service and sales – – just like the crews sailing Bass Strait in Australia’s oldest ocean race.  Crossing one of the toughest stretches of water in the world requires night sailing skills, navigation proficiency and stamina from the crews.  We wish them a safe passage through the Heads, calm waters, and excellent food and wine at the Tasmanian finish.  Our entry is the 33-foot cruising yacht, North Encounter.

Digiworld goes the distance

After a gruelling five days, Digiworld co-owner, David Robinson (left), celebrates at the RACV Great Victorian Bike Ride finishing post with Greg Cameron. They rode from Tidal River, via Seaspray, to Bairnsdale – a total of 330km.  What does this have to do with selling top quality IT to business? Nothing really, except for the Digiworld jersey and the hard yakka.

Digiworld – smiling since 1995

Digiworld founder and previous owner, Tony Moussa (left), caught up with General Manager, Sayed Wehbe (right), and Corporate Sales Consultant, Sandrian Perumal, at our end of year drinks in Southbank.  Digiworld was one of the first computer retail stores to open in the CBD, becoming an instant hit at its Latrobe St address.  Today, Digiworld continues Tony’s legacy from Collins Street, supplying IT and top service to businesses.

Congratulations to our client Mecca . . .

Digiworld at HP Intel PC Challenge

Digiworld was one of a handful of Australian companies selected to attend the HP Intel PC Challenge in Portugal, last week ( 7-11 Aug 2017), to hear where HP is heading with its technologies.  Great to meet some fellow IT resellers and enjoy HP hospitality – especially the tour of Lisbon’s soccer stadium, home to Portuguese club Benfica and its eagle-eyed mascot.
